    And our measured Scotsman CEO is a long way from a spruiker. The operations in Finland show he knows how to build a mine properly (even incur high capex which was unpopular at the time in HC chat) and then extract a deal for maximum value to shareholders.

    The Chinese have been burned in the past. Caution is the operative word. But we have infrastructure close by, we have done the research, and it will withstand close scrutiny.
