I'm a lot more educated now: I see now where you are coming from and you have, sadly, a good point abt hedge funds exploiting/creating volatility. For me, I am trying to get a handle on the long-term price - is it going back to 70cents a lb - or is the long-term average to creep up - to where etc.

All this in order the assess zinc company projects. Sometimes these guys state the income on the day's zinc price. I'm not happy with that and want project reports to state the break even point. Then I'm independent of their ramping.
