    Agreed with you assessment Sagh but Im sure that CNOOC have information that the mom and dad investors dont have.

    Now if they released that information then the sp would not be where it is today.

    A 17c placement to CNOOC seems like a good deal at these prices but we shouldnt be at these prices, unless the acerage is a dud !!
