I try to stay away from chrystal balls and focus on the facts. Yes a big player has bought in but another big player (with presumable more intimate knowledge) has sold a slice. The +ve equal the -ve in my opinion.

Nothing has changed for NSE re: Goldwyer. There is a rough, back of the envelope valuation that has highlighted NSE is curerntly undervalued but this announcement does not prove, help or indicate anything regarding Goldwyer itself.

If people want to look at the tea leaves and try to desseminate what JV partners actions might or might not mean, thats their perogative. Personally, i bought into NSE over a year ago because I believe they posed a good risk v reward for a shale play. The only way forward for this company is to find something and I don't really care who the partner(s) are if and when that happens. That is why I see this announcement of little significance.
