The facts anatol is that PC taking a share in Goldwyer has absolutley ZERO bearing on whether there is gas/oil there.
To insinuate that PC taking a position translates to a better chance that there is oil and gas is baseless. The Geology has not changed and therefore the chance of finding anything has not changed. Yes there is proven gas in Poseidon but as you said in your post, it is only "part of the same deal with Goldwyer".
They are the facts and that is why I don't attribute any meaning or value to this announement.
I have know qualms if people want to buy in speculation on a regulation diversication between two large players. As a long term holder, I am just stating my opinion that i see this announcement as simply noise whilst the wait for news on next steps for Goldwyer drilling gets longer.
