hi sleekbeek the only reason i say nse had no say in this deal is because it is only cop divesting some of their holding and the goldwyer deal is only part of a much bigger "overall" deal between cop and pc. nse may have been courteously informed of the possibility but imo it would have been more of a "we are doing this" courtesy they paid to nse. therefore no say from nse.
