Often Petro China and Shell Petr. Co work together they have a very good relationship!! With NSE, Petro China requested Shell again to join I have been told be old colleagues that Shell was not interested at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Normally the majors are not interested to join a small inexperienced comp. which hold the concession and is also the operator. The majors have their own very strict rules and regulations, experience and don’t want small inexperienced operators, in case of accidents/claims the major may have to pay , the small comp has no cash anyhow and often they make balls of the exploration job,.... NSE, Baraka, OEX, etc. etc etc.
