You can see from the Goldyer Farm in link you posted that "New Standard will be required to fund the the costs of any overruns in excess of these phase 1 well caps". We have not had any information regarding the total costs to date or the terms of the drilling contract termination.
I think there are a lot of unanswered questions regarding the way forward for Goldwyer. I am hoping we get some indication of if NSE is liable for any costs in relation to the contract termination and how far away a new rig is.
