re: norm guys i have not suggested that norm is not free to air his views. but when i bought into ARU and then checked HC all i heard was negative talk.
How bad the management is and how the price has performed poorly etc.
My point is that norm as the biggest shareholder will influence smaller holders like me. SO in affect what norm is complaining about he is helping to create.
I absolutely believe in the rights of the shareholders to have their say and have earnest dialogue with management. I feel for norm and what he feels has gone against him (poor CQT holders have had management dish out shares at 3c when the price was 12c).
On the otherhand i believe you do something about it or you keep it to yourself. Sell if you dont like the management, get some quiet action going if you believe strongly in the tennements and want to stay.
