1050 [Dow Jones] Fortescue (FMG.AU) set to announce a Chinese group is taking a stake in the company, the Australian Financial Review reports. Says FMG may announce the deal today and that Chinese steelmaker Baosteel may be the new shareholder. FMG declines to comment on the report. Shares down 2.3%, easing back below the A$60 mark after announcement of new resources caused share surge yesterday. (APW)
