TLW's net debt is £122 million so I guess they are still carrying the ANZ $100 million in that sterling figure. They also paid £12.5 million in borrowing costs on outstanding loans. We often forget about that figure.

TLW has absorbed HDR into 2006 Financials as at 31/12/06 in the following Fair Value manner:-
