I just spoke to a friend who worked as an engineer with Woodside for some 20-30yrs and was obviously quite experienced in what he did. His opinion on the subject was that without any information on the pressure of the reservoir, it's very difficult to get an idea of what it will flow at. With a 7-inch production casing it could flow at 10 or 12 or 15,000 bopd, but it all depends on the strength and power of the reservoir. Apparently it's a little more complicated than it sounds. He also mentioned that a flow rate from a stem test might go around 5,000 bopd, but with the full production completion it could well gush out at 30,000 bopd. Without more info (which maybe you've got) we won't know until they announce it. I'll be seeing this mate of mine again on the weekend, and he said that he could quite comfortably get a feel for how it will go, so long as he had all the necessary info.
