Woodside announced that Chinguetti development has a $80 million cost blow out. It appears that this didn't have a sever impact on HDR or ROC as both of them went up. Woodside on the other hand closed 17 cents down. On positive side it appears that the JV agreed the production could be earlier than they previously announced.
HDR has turned the corner IMHO, and as we close to production date as well as once the drilling program announced the sp must go to it's rightful place of $3 by end of this year and continue to sailorgirl's famous $5.
