bailej i spoke to Richard Flynn at ASX today, Wilsons are stiiiilllll selling, they are actively selling today. he has gotten into contact with a few brokers that have been placing and pulling bids but has not found any relation between Index and these brokers, he said next Tuesday he will have the full picture and to give him a call then.
he is also checking CHESS to confirm that Index sold the 34 million shares thru June.
if this is the case then he will be refering the matter to ASIC, where no doubt it will meet up with my complaint that i sent off the other day. :)
