I think the MOU is with Broadcom, Nasdaq company with office in Singapore using ARM tech
The MOU company was never stated that it was part of the spring pact so I am guessing Xped been working with Broadcom over last 6 months then got chose by spring pact company as part of calaboration and they are ones calling, the main chip manufacturers involved in spring pact are Intel and NXP these two are bigger than Broadcom
Well this seems logical to my crazy mindI would love to hear that they have signed with Broadcom and ann a second MOU with NXP or Intel and I can start planning my retirement in 5 years
