    Seems to be an assumption homeowners will be the ones buying BlueGens. Don't bet on it.

    Far more likely utilities will buy, own and deploy the units. The homeowner's costs probably being a mix of rental/lease/cost of electricity produced on site. Who gets the FiT, if one exists, I don't know. In a fair world it would be the homeowner imo.
