I wouldn't worry about any of that. Australia is in the top 3 countries the USA is happy to deal with - look at the rare earths acts etc. Semantics. For all intent and purposes this is a US company that happens to have facilities in Australia but you can see where this is ultimately headed - stateside head office.
I am firmly of a view that this stock is just getting started after years of disappointment, however, those years of experimentation and R&D have not gone entirely to waste. Better management years ago would have seen this develop much faster, but them's the breaks in spec town.
