Cheers for that, very interesting.
the Chip I opened up was a Intel..Pentium dule core and the finished Chip size was 37mm x 37mm.
The actual chiplet inside measured 9.5mm x 9.5mm.
I'd imagine thay all vary greatly.
The chipplet half splintered when I opened it up and under basic magnification one can physically see the printed, etched chipplet inners.
Truely amazing what humans can create .
