Funny one this one, from what I understand it's hard to geographically isolate any of the big terrorist groups (we can't even find Bin Laden), and wasn't the last 'state' to sponsor terrorism Iraq? This seems a bit of grandstanding to quell the discontent from the populice over the relaxed immigration policy, that's landed a terrorist problem on his doorstep. What's he going to do, nuke the part of Paris where this group clusters?
