The event was actually run but they had some technical glitches which spoiled it. Think of this as round 2.
I've been reading reviews/feedback of the new Connect products and it seems there are more than a few limitations at initial launch. I've noted a sizeable number of users have mentioned returning the products due to unfinished features, which is somewhat concerning. Whilst there's a lot of goodwill amongst customers, AMS need act fast and resolve the issues before they snowball exponentially. I hope they're on to it as a priority.
A half-baked launch is much worse than a delayed launch.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out in Q1 results.
