Yes, on B&H Photo as well as various comments across YouTube videos and other places.
There are other issues noted aside from Frame.io. Some can be resolved with a software update, others not so much.
I'm with you about being understanding, but harsh reality is that you usually only get one shot, and if that's blown, customer's aren't likely to give you a second chance. Word of mouth travels pretty far.
