The Karnataka region has been the home of illegal mining. The state govt of Karnataka have a political responsibility to crack down on the black market due to their lack of value for the environment and treatment of mine workers.
India want Western methods to extract large mineral deposits, but still want Indian based ownership. That’s why these Joint Ventures between Indian/Australian companies are receiving more and more approvals.
CFR management has experience and credibility on their side when it comes to mining which will stead well when seeking approvals.
