@crispy74 despite obvious initial tensions around farm in agreement, i think the fact that it was sent to mediation and not a court proceeding suggest maybe an amicable agreement can and will take place. Both parties well aware of pending results so surely any agreement would have these results factored in, to some degree, otherwise i think it would be before the courts...So maybe just maybe results could come first?? for the record i tend to agree that it will follow your said order of agreement then results, however not sure it would make much difference in the wash up...
