Wilb008, you have stated publicly ( via this Forum) that CHK management have released information to you that the 80/20 jv issue is shortly to be resolved and that (implicitly) assay results can then be released once this issue is finalized. Your few number of postings suggests to me you may be a newbie. I would therefore caution you on the commentary you have made as you are seemingly indicating the company has released confidential info to you ( via email, as indicated on another thread) which I would consider is market sensitive. If I were in managements shoes I personally would be considering having a solicitor get in contact with you. You appear to me to be skating on extremely thin ice by indicating you have ben privy to information that has not been officially released to the market.
