As far as I can see and tell, the price has been getting capped the last 2 weeks, it's like they're trying to keep the VWAP @ 4 cents. This in one way intrigues me as i feel a deal is a foot with OD in relation to the achievement of the milestones. Perhaps management is trying to "acquire " more by offering them equity. All I know and I'm sure many would have noticec the pdice is been kept quite. Jmo for wiw.
