A quick look around has convinced me that I must be the only person without some shares in a cobalt company - so am digging into a couple of interesting ones. I've just read through the 20 Feb announcement and trying to work out what the market cap will be once all the new shares and options are issued. 432,447,574 +75m milestone shares? also it looks like 111m placement options plus 80m advisor's options plus 39,365,637 rights options exercisable at 1.8c will immediately be in the money so have added those as well. Total shares likely to be 737,813,211 - is that right? which would give a market cap of $22,134,396 at today's price of 3 cents ? have done just a quick calc so let me know if I've got something wrong.
