It is 1 for 6 with 1 attaching option....
So basically you had to hold 600k by record date to eligible for 100k along with 100k free option...
The less you held, the less rights and option you got..
So what's your logic by saying that?
It is only 39m available for apply and your logic is By selling more, you can apply more...
