CHK governance has IMHO left a lot to be desired, particularly in the area of cash flow control. They were bleeding on gas and should have known that it takes time to get cash flow from new fields. Anyway we got their money and the program for SSN should not be impacted (for better or worse) IMHO.

Thinking of another ASX oiler I once held I wouldn't really want to be holding a CHK note...but I guess it will be good post sale. Rather than chopping and changing their deck chairs ALL the time, perhap a better option for CHK would be a merger or takeover.
