On November 27th 2008, CHM hit 12c...12.5c the day before based on the CHM vs MMX litigation update.

I'm going out on a limb and going to say we're goign to see an explosive rise in the CHM SP leading upto when the litigation / mediation is around about finalised.

Promoter on a previous thread asked what would the CHM share price be if they received $50 million. Difficult for anyone to say I think but it would put CHM in a totally different position to where its at now. Yep...some will go to the internaitonal funder but CHM will end up with something and cash is king these days imo.

By tomrorow close...I think we'll see CHM trading above 3.5...closer to 4 imo and some solid gains next week.
