yep you're right Baggins...litigation I mean..court...the whole hog....unless we see some announcement about some settlement.
I reckon there is a CHM shakeout on trying to get holders to drop their load. There is 12 million shares stacked on the sell upto 3.5 which is more than the whole buy side 10 million.
Hold tight believers imo.....it has the potential to move very fast on any sign of good news regarding some dispute outcome.
