Can anyone add any further details, I have heard that MMX are seriously considering a scrip bid for CHM.
The resons being given are:
* Put this issue to bed;
* Presure from insto shareholders;
* The dollars at risk if they lose the case.
Personally, i can not recall of a company running to takeover plays at the same time.
Perhaps this is what will get the stock price to the much talked about 20-30c range.
will wait and see.
