I think AH is now running the time table and setting the goal posts. The CHM share register (new share holders with multi millions) may provde a key as to likely success of AH's action on behalf of CHM.
Any attempt by MMX to buy CHM script will only add to the belief in CHM's pending claim. AH aren't known for their compassion so they might want their full 'pound of flesh', that being the total asset of the Jack Hill lease.
So AH's target for CHM might be a lot more than 20-30c
