Surely this is a script for a comedy,not much cash in the can ,if their previous law firms account is substantiated surely they are insolvent . Asic surely must be having a look at them and as for developing the tenements with what ? anyone who has been connected with chm or mmx since mid 04 ,know that the same team in sydney, who were promoting mmx then went on to promote chm before it went bust the 1st time ,now chm is suing one of them and the other is one of chm main witness,s supplying them with an UNSWORN statement of the FACTS .One of these person then went on to promote Yilgarn ? Has anybody heard of John or Yilgarn since they lost the bid to O.P & R. I cant believe the courts would entertain this case.
