Have MMX replied to the original query? Have they not neglected to satisfy the real issue here?

If you read the announcements it seems they are trying to confuse the market with smoke and mirrors. I am no expert, indeed a lay person at best, however even to a learner it seems there is more going on here.

What are MMX doing about all this? Is this a contrevention of the court order lodged earlier?

Is their defence changing to suit the situation?
