To quote the MMX announcement dated 30th November 2007: Murchisons statements that the claim has "absolutely no foundation" is interesting. Why have they not lodged their defence?
Has MMX kept everyone informed on or do they just advise Harbringer collectively?
As time goes by and more "public" information becomes available on the workings of Barnes and Grimaldi maybe they are changing the way the assess their defence!
Any comments are welcome on this, I am just an observer, I hold no stock in either CHM or MMX and my comments are for thought only.
