Having a look at CHM NK Platform, and what's the difference between us and other NK Platforms. 1) CHM NK Platform is derived from peripheral blood from a universal healthy donor without HLA matching. This is important for CHM development as it means that CHM do not need to match donors and recipients and can build CHM platform cells directly from peripheral blood-instead of something like cord blood. Big savings here in administering, which the FDA would love.
2) CHM NK Platform is irradiated with a unique (NKF) feeder cell line(OCI-AML3+mbIL-21) with unique IP that provides long term protection. This is huge, and highly differentiated from other platforms.
3) CHM have been able to complete the development of a FDA approved master cell bank, great work here and a big tick.
4) CHM have been able to demonstrate robust ex vivo expansion- up to 30,000 fold with highly active cells, another big tick.
