That's a Disease Control Rate of 71% (n=7) in low dose levels so far. Whilst the sample size is still very small, the results are very encouraging.
In addition to the autologous approach above, I'm looking forward to more information/updates on the allogeneic CORE-NK platform - which has already been tested in a P1 trial.
Looking for example at the market cap of Century Therapeutics (pre-IND, utilizing engineered iPSC-derived NK- and T-cells) of US$680m, CHM has a lot of catching up to do (MC wise, although much further advanced in the clinics).
