I see in the CHM ANN "Retirement of Receiver"

"Once all matters are finalised between Chameleon and ILP it is anticipated that Cape Lambert Resources will register a charge over the assets of Chameleon to secure any amounts it advances to Chameleon"

Now Sage and Bontempo are directors of CHM to make sure that happens.

Looks like it's all going to plan just as Brenden indicated here:-

"TS is in the box seat to wind up with the rights in my opinion .
This is far from over yet .Watch and learn"

All that's left to decide is just how much of the Jack Hills asset CHM/CFE will we get??
