Precisely Pomhat......and if the employee used her own money aswell then any CT will be awarded in proportion to each parties contribution........The difficulty for CHM is in proving any more than $153,000 of their money went in.....and in the scheme of things it doesnt seem very substantial!!!
G & B getting 10 mill shares in MMX by way of "Winterfall" deal has nothing to do with any CHM claim for a CT over JH...Just stirs the pot and muddies the water a bit to create a picture of evil deeds...and stregthen the argument over the $153,000 plus a disputable further Profit from some CHM shares (maybe $300,000)...Still not a lot.
I believe the court will be adjourned at the end of today and re convene in february so that both parties can give closing statements...(this because 2 days were lost when CHM asked for leave to alter claim last week)....
This was my news late last week, I have'nt had an update so cant add to this, I think Pumkin is our best bet for news today....
