Lets say for one rediculous moment CHM has a valid claim against MMX. The court would determine what part of MMX it relates to and disregard the rest and work out the interest prorata they are entitled to. Next is the court going to allocate the interest at book value at the time the so called agreement took place or at current market value. I know my guess and its conservative. How would this claim relate to the current share price of MMX, it wouldn't but please educate me. At least use the market capitalization x 20%-the non claimable interest to be taken half serious. $1.20 u say...I say not in your life time and certainly not mine. I hold stock and doing well but Ive seen nothing to justify this market cap.
