Liquidation will occur.Benny will have some sort of a win and no doubt the press will give him lots of coverage even though the payout will be small.But after that what will they do?Nothing,CHM already have 1.5 billion shares on issue,can you imagine how many billions of shres they would have supposing they try to prove up a resource and mine it.The whole thing is a total nonsense.
