Spidey,good to see you've still got know idea,we know exactly what's going on here,your dodgey company did a backdoor deal to use CHM funds to buy a tenement that at the time it couldn't afford,pure and simple.

now that the deal has been uncovered and the involved directors fined, we want our share of the tenement.

So,what the jugde has to decide is without the chm money how much of the tennement would mmx have been able to buy(see none) and seeing that the tenement was bought with a share of our cash we are now entitiled to our share of it,but how much of a share is the case.

so overall not a bad hand for chm to play,is it a gamble,maybe.does the risk equal the reward... yes
