Hi Big one...$16 mill would be absolute tops...with half going to the funder..leaves chm with absolute max of $8 mill, and likely be a lot less....not exactly company making!!!! expect if shares are at 1.8 cents when announcement comes that they will then dip dramatically...no upside to chm Im afraid...Its a dead duck!!!!Chm themselves concede only about $256,000 of their funds used...and MMX argue Less...if you beleive MMX its about 120k...if you beleive chm its 256k...either way its not going to be a massive compensation...All of the "Rudd" like spin as to share placements..leaes bought, sold and transferred etc to try and shore up case have massive holes and lack of evidence...comes back to $256k as a percentage of $11 mill purchase plus 50 million development costs...small change..and only then if the judge believes MMX acted with knowledge..also a bit shaky....NO..the market knows the true value of chm and all its many assets!!!Close to Zero...and the closer we get to D Day..the closer to Zero chm gets!!!!All MMX'ers will be laughing soon!!
