The fact that they have been ordered by the court for the second tranche of security costs of $450,000 to be paid by 9/9/08, which was the day after mediation on Tuesday of this week, and still no announcement on that. This mornings announcement a diversion to what really might be happening. Hopefully we might gat a clearer picture of CHM's demise tommorow after the directions hearing.
