Anyone who thinks that the CHM issue is not pressing on the SP...

Anyone who thinks that the CHM issue is not pressing on the SP is a looney.
Market sentiment is bad globally and we have this issue causing a lot of negative feeling.
Don't get me wrong this is not the only issue that is dragging us down but the fact of the matter is the CHM are like an anchor on our SP. Resaon being is that it takes up the directors time and effort to be in court defending the claims rather than expanding the company.
But on the flip side it will be ok because CHM have nowhere near enough money to see this all the way through and MMX can keep it in court for years to come. Even if we lose we can appeal all the way to the high court. There is no way known that Benny is going to be able to sell enough old jumpers to be able to raise that kind of money.
So my advice to all is sit back, relax and watch CHM burn themselves into the ground. Then we can watch as major shareholder start suing the company.
