Having got in to this stock post the MCC problems could you please bring me up to speed.

At what point is the litigation?

How long has it been before the Courts?

Is it still "live" or in suspension pending submissions, etc.

How long do you think the matter might still protract?

Has CFE written down a contingency for losing inc. legal fees for both sides?

Worst case scenario, apart from legal fees does CFE liable for any other monetary outgoings and if so, potentially how much?

Not knowing the history, does CFE have a strong case [obviously as an opinion]?

Forgetting the legal pro's and con's [which most of us wouldn't understand the ramifications of anyway] if you were a betting man which way do you think the coin will drop on this one, leaving sentiment aside?

This would better help me understand the Company and the posts being made here.
