Even Mass Murderers get their day in court...

Bedrock, you seem to be comforted by the fact that CHM is able to lodge the money for security for costs, but I too am comforted that CHM is having to pay for their little exercise.

I'd be quite upset if MMX went through all the trouble to defend their case in court, only to see CHM go bankrupt (again) and not honour their debts (again).

I would love to know who the 'International Litigation Funder' is. Anyone wish to take any guesses ??
