PAC Partners facilitating this latest raise is a good thing in my experience.
Their options are priced at 1.6c so very much out of the money atm and their clients are pretty aggressive when it comes to these kind of heavily beaten down stocks.
Time will tell but Mr Hopper needs to deliver
