there has always been 3 factors for the MMX SP:

1. CHM cort case
2. Depth of the Ore.
3. The port, funding situation.

CHM court case is close to over and in my view shows that the MMX board are sound and you can trust them with what they say is the case. This is an important factor for me!

Depth of ore has been in several broker reports, Im not so concerned unless the OPR deal is lost for any reason. However the above point I made about the trust of the board makes relaxed.

Port funding, again based on the first point MMX have said everything is fine and I trust them on this now. The key here is that there are clearly several brokers/other players that want a piece of this action and will take whatever actions they can to cause issues.
