appeal wont surprise anyone.its expected...however chemeleon has to pay murchinson a legal cost...so I am sure the legal cost would be more than $640000 and in that case Murchinson will be getting some amount from Chemeleon...Grimaldi will be appealing against chemeleon...already one court case pending for Chemeleon with ILP...where are they going to get fund...they might issue another million shares or sell something to Tony sage...chm shareholders are screwed with this decision...I wonder what will happen to chm sp...we mmxers are done with chm now and its almost impossible that appeal will amend any part of current judgement...just waiting extension approval now...colin give us some good news before xmas to fly in rocket with mmx....
